What Web/Database Server Am I On?



You may not know what web or database server you are on, but it is good to know which you are on to speed up support.

In this guide we will show you how to find what web or database server you are on, so that when you submit any trouble tickets you can let us know which server you are having problems with.



Identify Your Web Server

  1. Navigate to FTP/User Account > FTP User.
  2. Your web server will be displayed within the Host Name section.
  3. Linux Accounts are named Web; Windows Accounts are named Win.
    Servers hosted in Derby will also contain the letter d before the server name.


Identifying Your MySQL Database Server

  1. Navigate to Databases > MySQL > MySQL DBs.
  2. Your database server can be seen within the Host Name section.

Identifying Your MSSQL Database Server

  1. Navigate to Databases > MS SQL > MS SQL Dbs
  2. Your database server can be seen within the Host Name section
