How to cancel your account or services with Pipe Ten, what happens next, and the key things you need to know.

If you are unsure about anything at all, please contact support before you submit a cancellation.

How to cancel

Send a support ticket with the following details. This ensures we cancel the correct service on the right date.

Cancellation date: The date you want the service to end We will confirm or adjust if necessary

We will reply with a confirmed cancellation date during our normal business hours. If your request is close to a renewal date it may affect timing and charges.

What happens next

  • Once confirmed, your account enters the cancellation queue for the agreed date.
  • Deletion of data begins at 00:01 on the confirmed cancellation date.
  • If the confirmed date falls after your next billing period, additional charges may apply for the period still in service.

Important information

Back up before you cancel. After deletion starts, recovery is not possible.

  • We do not issue refunds for unused portions of any service period.
  • We can only act on cancellation requests sent via an authenticated support ticket which we have acknowledged.
  • Accounts with outstanding balances cannot be cancelled until balances are cleared.
  • If you have multiple services or brands with us, you need to request cancellation for each one separately.
  • Recurring payment agreements, for example PayPal, must be cancelled by you directly with the payment provider.

Frequently asked questions

Can I get a refund for unused time?
No. Unused service periods are not refundable. Please review our Terms of Service for full details.

When exactly is my data deleted?
Deletion begins at 00:01 on the confirmed cancellation date. Once started, the process is irreversible.

Do I need to cancel each service separately?
Yes. Hosting, domains, email and any other services are managed as separate items and require their own requests.

How long will confirmation take?
We confirm during business hours as quickly as possible. If your request arrives around a renewal date, we may need to adjust the date to avoid service interruption or billing issues.
