How to raise support tickets

At Pipe Ten we pride ourselves on our technical support. For us to provide you with our high level of expertise, advice and knowledge we need support tickets raised from the appropriate account.

These tickets not only authenticate you against the account so we can provide direct/explicit guidance, but this also keeps a record of issues and helps us improve our documentation and keep the level of support up to our high standards with constant improvement.

WHM accounts (whm.pipe.co)

Our harmonised and SSL customers need to login and submit a ticket via our whm.pipe.co control panel.
