For legacy hosting customers, service impacting events and larger incidents may be communicated via the external status page, pipeten.info.
This is especially important if a wider platform issue prevents notices being posted in the usual places.

purely.website maintains its own service notice system.
In normal circumstances, notices are posted within your my.purely.website control panel.
In disaster scenarios where the control panel is unavailable, status updates are posted to the external status site, pipeten.info.
