All your access details you need can be found within your Password Manager.
Web Management Tools
Your account has been configured with free open source software applications for file management & database administration which can be accessed using your temporary url followed by /foss-tools/ – The access details can be found within your Password Manager under “SSH www user/pass”.
If you would like to connect to your server via Secure Shell or SFTP to update your web application the SSH access details can be found within your Password Manager under “SSH www user/pass”.
If you would like to access your database via the database management web interface or SSH, the database access details can be found within your Password Manager under “MySQL website user/pass“.
Accessing your website before putting it live
The access details for the administration section of your hosted website application can be found within your Password Manager. To access your website before putting it live you will need to assign your domain to the new IP address to your host file on your local computer.

To point your domain name at your new application you will need to update the domain’s DNS by creating or updating the A record to point at your server’s IP Address. If you have an existing website application and require any assistance migrating it to your new hosting service then please raise a support ticket with your request and we’ll get it scheduled for you.
Your application hosting patching window will be performed monthly between the hours of 4am and 8am. There will be a very short outage as the services are restarted.
