Made in an official statement on Thursday, the European Commission announced it will cancel the registration of all 317,000 .eu top level domains that have a UK registrant. The deadline for this is the 30th of March 2019 (The withdrawal date). This also means that UK residents will no longer be able to register .EU domains beyond the withdrawal date.
We have made the decision to stop the sale of .eu domains from our domains brand, Purely.domains – Domain renewals will not be affected.
