Pipe Ten customers can have peace of mind, safe in the knowledge that all shared hosting accounts come with a full backup service included. Using R1Soft's Near Continuous Data Protection solution, data backups are performed on shared servers to Pipe Ten's backup system several times per day. This includes the backup of all email, database and web servers.

The system boasts a full server imaging service using a combination of full operating system disk imaging and incremental data imaging, this allows for the fast restoration of data both on a per file or per database level through to a full bare-metal disk/server restore for disaster recovery purposes. Customers can request an engineer to perform restoration of files, folders or databases via the trouble ticket system.
